Shipping Information
Most items are available for immediate shipment and can usually be expected in only a few days.
Your shipment will be sent via either the United States Postal Service or by UPS depending on destination, package size, weight and other factors.
USPS Express Mail is also offered to customers within the continental US. International shipments will be via USPS Global
Express Mail. Tracking information will be provided for your convenience.
Packaging
We care about your order and have taken precautions to insure your items arrive safely!
All artwork is well-packaged to prevent damage during shipment.
Oil paintings and
acrylics on
canvas
are not very fragile but they do have special shipping and handling needs.
Our shipping cartons are specially designed for shipping paintings and
are puncture, shock and crush resistant. Similarly, all
sculptures
are packaged very carefully to avoid breakage.
It is recommended that the packaging be retained for future use. It comes in very handy when moving or
transporting the artwork.
Returns
We proudly guarantee all artwork to meet your satisfaction and we offer a 30 day return policy.
Please keep in mind that return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser on any items returned.
Items should be returned only after prior authorization has been obtained from us via e-mail or phone.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed promptly and artwork will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Orders are shipped from either Galerie Verdun (in Louisiana) or direct from the studio of the particular artist.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will be via USPS Priority Mail,
except for oversized shipments which may be shipped via UPS 2-Day Air.
Please note that overnight and Saturday delivery is not available to these destinations.
International Shipments
Please note that addressees are responsible for all duties and customs charges incurred
on international deliveries. We apologize for the burden this may cause. To help offset the comparative costs
of shipping overseas we suggest ordering multiple works for which we can offer a significant discount.
